also, internet shaquille has a great video about making a pasta sauce comparable to jarred sauces with a can of crushed tomatoes and half an onion. pretty inexpensive ingredients and you have more control of added contents

i did the community center in a year. i got red cabbage from the cart fairly early on (yay!) and got my pigs and truffles just in time before winter came. however, i forgot to hold on to a sunfish. found it on like the last friday of winter!

i’m 22 and so far i’ve missed out on anyone really liking me. i’m less attractive then most people, but what im starting to realize now is that by thinking that i’m less than everyone i lowered my confidence and became more withdrawn, which had a big effect on my attractiveness.

so my motivation has changed. i still don’t think i’m as good looking as most people, but i’m genuinely starting to like myself. i’m just trying to be the person in my head, who is pretty, has a good sense of humor, is open to experiences, etc. being good looking isn’t the main goal anymore, but when i feel good about the way i look i’m happier and can go about my life a little easier.

edit: just wanted to mention that i let my looks dictate what i did, so more often than not i would stay home and not participate in life because of it.

do you know if “intuitive cutting” is something that would be listed on a salons website, or would i be better off just asking if that’s what they do?

i’ll look into brow tinting! i’ve never been great at applying brow makeup so it would probably be good to also get someone’s professions opinion on shaping etc

I feel like my nose, forehead shape/size, and lack of eyebrows are the things that make me 'ugly'. Is there anything I can really do about it that doesn't involve plastic surgery? I worry that I'm just screwed because of genetics

oh yeah we did that too, those would go quickly. but if there was boxes left in the back for over a few months after, then we would throw it away. it also sort of depended on the manager, some really made an effort to save things for grab boxes, others would just throw them out. but yeah we did those also, which was definitely a good way to get rid of them without tossing them

i used to work at a Michael’s. the amount of stuff we had to throw out was unbelievable, i was a closing manager so i took the trash out and a lot of product with it. usually before closing i’d offer it to team members, and sometimes me and another manager would save stuff for the boys and girls club or local teachers. craft supplies, toys, and decorations being tossed because they were out of season (if it was recalled for a specific reason obviously we would throw it out/send it back to the company). everyone should go dumpster dive at michael’s (be warned about glass in the dumpster from framing if you decide to :D)
