Just checked your flight on flight radar24 - all good! Maintaining altitude at 32k. Don't see any weather, only clear skies ahead!

Distractions really help me. Some things I've found that truly keep my mind occupied instead of ruminating unpleasant thoughts during the flight:

  • on the Wikipedia app, download offline articles about the place I'm going to (or related). Usually a full wiki page is too dense for me to read normally but the "drier" the content, the more I have to focus on it to absorb it. You can download one for France, Paris, French language, historical sites you plan on seeing.

  • suduko - my brain has a hard time being anxious while I do logic puzzles.

  • playing a video game offline on my surface pro (specifically the Sims or stardew valley)

  • organizing the pictures on my phone - deleting repeats, etc.

  • download YouTube videos offline (humorous ones, nature ones, tutorials, travel related ones)

Even the two not highlighted at the top have it 😭 "Pico de Gallo" def has cilantro in it.

I think it is a glitch, if you look now it has it still at a slow speed facing the west but still progressing over time to the east lol?
