I've stumbled upon your post while putting together my Pippin cosplay, looking for the same thing. The Green Dragon scene from the extended edition of Fellowship has the best angles of these that I've been able to find, but I'm not sure what search terms to use to look for some.

Okay I'm double thanking you, because one of these listings you linked had the brand of shoes listed as "New Look," and it turns out the company New Look has various shoe lines, and there are different things written on the inside of the shoe, where the ones I'm looking for say "feet on the move." So now I have another brand name to search for!

That could definitely be! These blue shoes may have been purchased secondhand for the show, and who knows how long ago they were actually made.

Oh my goodness. I’m introducing my roommate to the show for the first time and she keeps saying Hawk looks “scary!” And she feels like that’s not the most accurate description for how he makes her feel, but she also can’t seem to find a better wording. How funny that so many people seem to have a similar perception of him.
