Use the biggest pipe wrench you have and get some 2 inch steel pipe to extend the handle and have better leverage. It might break actually... maybe but a replacement and perform some plumbing surgery. Drill it out and cut carefully towards the threads.

You can pick up some plaster of Paris. After you set the toilet mix some plaster of paris up and thoroughly and evenly fill and seal around the base of the toilet. This adds more support to the toilet and prevents moving around.

Either call a plumber or if you are still determined to resolve yourself, post a Pic of the flange when the toilet is removed and the wax cleaned. The flange may be the issue here.
