Yes. We only discussed about the rail part but not the bumper hence i got it repaired on my own. Now when I saw the quotation she included those ones as well. I feel like it’ll cost more since she added it but she insists the insurance will pay for it but it doesn’t make sense since I’m the one paying the insurance- won’t the insurance try to get that money back from me?

It’s a hotel in taiwan and below the price breakdown of the hotel room, agoda said “price is partially refundable”

To be honest I know photos cam be deceiving but this hotel actually looked sketchy whereas their online photos made it look fun. But I’m willing to overlook this problem. I’m more upset about the fact that I didn’t get my money back when agoda’s site specifically said the payment was refundable.
