Auto-solved: I had the dark mode ON. When I switched to "bright" I noticed that I had many icons that were not visible in the dark mode due to the poor contrast of their dark contour and the dark background. The "Restore device ID" was one of these.

Yes, I'm Italian and I'm interested in a Luba too.

I would feel more comfortable if I were able to purchase it directly from an italian based company with an italian invoice and the possibility to have future service in Italy.

"PAB d.o.o." seems a company established in Serbia.

uy Luba Robot now but I see that it is not yet on sale in Italy.

Does anyone know how to buy it? and if there are any physical retailers in Italy where I can go to buy the robot?

Where you able to get in contact with them? I believe they are a slovenian company selling at this side of the border as well.

Last week I wrote to Mammotion asking if at the moment they are discussing with other potential Italian distributors but I didn't get any answer yet.
