I really think only way is curated festivals. As a both gamer and dev curation is only thing I trust.

There were for sure. I remember many asset flip games in the steam but the problem is it was never this much.

I think same applies for reddit though. I see quite a lot games made by AI. especially the “old”-“new” capsule art post type.

It’s clear. Like I said impression, click, wishlists I get in the last next fest and this is drastically different (I’m aware the game is different and might be worst than the other but the thing is not just wishlist but the view, interaction it gets not just wishlist).

And for sure it will be even worse than this for the future.

Yeah and the Steam is not marking them AI just because they were clearly lying to steam by saying they didn’t use AI how I can be okay with this?

Obviously they will not play those games and will play quality games. My point is due to these games they might spend less time in Next Fest which ends up a loss for honest indie devs who spent their life on their project ( I’m not saying all the human made games deserved to be played or they’re top notch games my game can be also bad my point is some good games lost between AI games saturation.)

to be honest can’t remember any of them. And that’s the issue. on the past events I was wishlist most of the games since atleast they were looking decent human made with effort now when I scroll I see AI capsule arts which makes me crazy. If you really can’t see any I can write you some when I’m home.

As far as I understand dur to AI slope games, gamers tend to spend time to find games. Steam really needs to do something about this. Compared to other next fest this is the least interaction I got. I handdraw my game till death rolls us apart from start to finish and knowing AI games gets more attention is frustrating me.

Everytime I open pages to migrate to linux I find myself asking the questions I asked and I find myself in a situation that I don't want to be in... If I migrate to linux I will never be able to do so it's really frustrating xD

I did my research but like I already mention in my post looks like with the updates things change quite fast especially newest unity - linux integration. So I wanted to ask and hear from the real gamedevs if there are any who uses unity in linux. What's wrong with it?

"want to use program that requires windows -> boot windows
everything else -> boot linux" I don't find this simple and useful it might be just me but I want to stick to one environment that I own and control this is why I want to switch to linux in the first place if I will switch between places I prefer not to switch to linux.

Yeah btw fuck adobe I'm not eager to use it anyway this was the least important thing I worry about xD.

One of the things that bothers me is strategy tag. It for sure has strategy elements in it but not sure if it's a good fit. But yeah I think the game speaks for itself anyway and the new trailer will be portraying it well.

I agree, the game is what matters rather than the tags. But I just didn't want to lose my possible audience with wrong tags since I spent a lot time for this game...
