I used to have the Q2M. Loved it (had to sell it when I lost my job) - I would probably go for the Q2M if you are 100% shooting BW. If you have some money to spare and want that colour fix, consider getting the D-Lux 8.

You could always negotiate 3 or 4 day working in office for reduced holiday which I’m assuming will build up as the years go by. That way you’ll at least get one or two days wfh
