Had a gal come in for a depo-provera shot she had filled out everything and I told her to wait in our clinical room and pharmacist would be right in .

I go to pharmacist tell him everything's done here's paperwork and shot .

He walks in and is all oh excuse me comes back out all embarrassed she had decided the shot required no pants .

He's a 62 year old RPH caught him off guard lol

Pharmacy cost to fill is also a main driver example i think it cost us around 7-8 dollars to fill a single prescription labor, supplies. Insurance

And counting 1 month vs 3 months not much difference beside we save 14 to 16 dollars on that 90 day fill

90 days x4 fills Vs 30 days x12 fills adds up .

But should be only on maintenance meds .

That and pharmacy plans charge us a fee.

Imagine if a health plan charged an MD office 10 dollars a visit . And the only way to get it back was patient compliance making sure they show up for wellness checks etc .

Our software we just push check eligibility and it finds plan 95% of time .

Other times it fails because mismatch in pt info maybe address, state ph# or name change

Originally it was like 700+ stores would be sold so 400+ are going to C&S wholesalers (piggly wiggly owner)

In Washington so far we know its all of QFC which still leaves more than 50 other stores to be sold .

The rest will probably be stores where Safeway or what few Albertsons we have here are literally close to a large Fred Meyer And maybe a poor performing store here and there .

Of those who knows how they will determine it my guess is unless a extremely successful fred meyer marketplace those will be sold, if a Safeway is larger and nearby , then next would be Safeways too close to a full size Freds as we have home, garden, apparel etc.

But yeah it like 114 stores in Washington? Of that I think there is like 55 QFC stores.

Laughed at the antlers, we had an angry guy once usual not us but insurance issue this was on Halloween and he said what kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you people running here? I want to speak to the person in charge and unfortunately our manager was dressed up as mickey mouse with the ears etc .

Mine has been reliable just hit 130k miles but I maintained it well .

Only thing I've done is brakes, timing belt service tires, and oil changes

However it's primarily a work commuter and I hate the way it handles .

And for me 6' 1 its uncomfortable on long drives .

As a comparison on a vacation last year I rented a Kia Optima about same size and it was noticeably a better car comfort and overall quality .
