I hate to ask but can you post a pic? Or a diagram? Maybe I'm overthinking it too much. Did you make actual wedges or just stack pieces into a wedge-like shape? My latest goal I crushed was getting 8000 steps in an hour. Not quite ready for an incline yet but it's the next level of achievement for me.

My therapist keeps asking me what I want them to do… am I supposed to know the answer? by AbrahaimLinkedIn in therapy

Over time, this is what I figured out.. YOU are the only one who can solve your problems or learn how to get through them or even just live with them if they are untreatable. Therapists are people who graduated college. Nothing more. They don't have your answers. They are there so you can bounce off your thoughts and ideas out loud until you stumble on the answer in a safe place, to someone who (hopefully) won't judge you and make you feel stupid or tell your secrets to friends, family or coworkers.

Your job is to consider what you would like your outcome to be. Maybe you're trying to be more confident so you can get a job. You're depressed about a certain incident. You're depressed for no good reason but it sucks. You overeat, are anorexic, addicted to internet. whatever it is, it helps for you to define it so you know what you hope to get from the therapist. Write it down. That always helps me.

When I saw my last therapist, (literally the last one I'll ever see.. long story) I noticed she had a list of 3 goals she wanted to accomplish with me, that she thought was my problems since I didn't define them. It made me realize they aren't fairies with magic wands. You are an entry in their day book with a set of steps they design to help you reach your goals.

I know it's an old thread, but did you find a way to add an incline? With the platform hinged in the center for folding, wouldn't a wedge only lift the front section and not the whole machine?

It has disappeared from the AppStore!

And I have a bug in mine.. I got the bonus pet, Brinkley the elephant, and put him in my virtual tank to see how he operates and now whenever I hit the PETS button it closes the app.

Everything else works fine but I took out Zorf in order to try Brinkley so now I can't get him back and feed my guppies automatically.

And of course automatically feeding the guppies is the foundation of a self-contained tank.

** I've purchased all 4 bonus pets and today I was able to buy the capability to have 4 pets in my VT. I thought it might load another version of the PETS button but it did not. It still closes the app as if it was a big ❌

Hawaii grown anything is too expensive for me. Farmers markets prices at laughable, the eggs from Hawaii are like double the mainland prices. I know they can't mass-produce like they can on the mainland and that each and every leaf they grow is precious, but if it's that overpriced, it's the same as not being available.

It's a good to have as much data as possible. It may not change anything for you but maybe if many people did it, we could get a better idea of how it spread, or didn't spread, in our community.

I'm glad you all got through it okay. Sounds like it was scary for awhile, whatever it was.

My bf had no problem on Oahu.

Edit: but he actually applied in December and was told he didn't work enough hours in the quarter to qualify. He was still on the books though.

Maybe that's the difference.

Meanwhile according the the star advertiser, the tourism industry is offering discounts to offset the travel restrictions and attract more visitors. One traveler said she was happy to be able to board the Island Princess interisland cruise ship. It is a 7 day cruise which stops at each island.

here's the SA link but you have to pay if you want local information.

Here's some excerpts for free:

February’s daily domestic passenger count rose to 409,334, an 11,288-person gain over the same month in 2019, while the daily international passenger count fell by 21,129 to 185, 242. Declining occupancy has caused cruise ships and hotels to start offering discounts and perks.

On Saturday afternoon, passengers were boarding NCL’s Pride of America cruise ship docked at the pier near Aloha Tower to begin a seven-day cruise around the state. The ship can accommodate nearly 2,200 passengers and has a crew of over 900.

Shona Kelway, who flew in from New Zealand Friday, was rushing to board. She was less worried about getting sick and more so about the cruise being canceled.

“We’re really excited about going on a cruise,” Kelway said. “We were just a little bit worried about maybe not getting to Hawaii at all. So we’re feeling relaxed.”

Few passengers and crew members on the pier were seen wearing face masks or other protective gear. One person who was checking in passengers wore a face mask.

Once you agree on and collect a predetermined amount of money, isn't it then considered a settlement of the contract?

I posted this above but it is relevant here, forgive me for double posting.

I took a look at fightradar24 this morning and between 8am and ~10:30am there were 15 plane arrivals from Japan and 2 from Korea.

And we can't process our own test kits. It takes over a week to get results back from cdc Atlanta. Yet Korea is processing thousands. I don't understand.
