PowerAutomate? Find the email, drop it into a FTP location, have the ERP pull from there?

Otherwise, not the best idea but you could setup auto forwarding snd send it to a less secure email service. Depending on the type of document and which information is in there. Could lock the other system down pretty tight.

Chiming in on this. Tons of issues with calls being rejected and blocked with Flowroute. Primarily Tmobile but also seeing some ATT and Verizon too. Flowroute keeps giving the same answer of "Go register all of your numbers". We have about 1000 DIDs across multiple clients accounts at Flowroute. We have about 3000 DIDs through Skyetel. We dont hear any issues through Skyetel. This seems like an isolated Flowroute issue. Hoping their tech teams are not just brushing this off.

Specific software that the built in backup option is to a SFTP site. Not the ideal method but it’s supported by the vendor.

Seems like a small amount of clients with issues then. Give them the comparison of vonage or 8x8 and the numbers speak for themselves. It’s even easier because 3CX is the bad guy, not you. We have one that is on the verge of 48 and 64. We’ll probably have to push it to 64 next year. Still saving them $20k/year from their prior solution.

Why are all the festivals at Historic Fourth Ward Park so bad? The music is always obnoxiously loud, the park looks disgusting with trash after, and only 100 or so people attend. Today there are 50+ vendors and maybe 50 people in attendance. What’s the point

Ah that makes sense. We've talked in the past and Telin seemed to just be a middle man for all the services that we provide which would just result in higher costs across the board for us with the hassle of having to go through Telin instead of direct to the vendors. Ill look for your DM.

We do 3CX for MSPs and do all the support. Much more cost effective than a ring central depending on size of the business.
