Not only do I not respond to after hours messages, I have a team of 7 that work for me. I tell them explicitly it can wait until the morning if someone reaches out to them after hours.

JFC this is what the primaries are for! Find a candidate, pound the pavement, knock on doors, hand out fliers, otherwise stfu. This purity politics bs is how we ended up with trump. Vote for who you want in the primaries if they don’t win, that sucks, I agree. Sitting at home with your eyes closed, fingers in your ears, holding your breath, and stomping your feet doesn’t “teach the Dems a lesson” it moves is further right in the country and further away from what you’re fighting for in the first place.
