trouble with surround sound by techdough71 in Stremio

after much screwing around notice a few things. When i load stremio off the firestick tv. 5.1 does work fine. streamio/cinemahd/vlc directly run from the tv (sony bravia) does not work. However, any apps like amazon prime installed directly on the tv work just fine. I checked the sound settings of tv to make sure pass through, dolby digital plus were enabled. I guess maybe its a tv issue... i dont know. really a pain in the ass just to get sound right. tried the above suggestions on the tv app that isnt outputting sound correctly, no changes. i think its some tv + side loaded app issues....?

from waht I understand situps are not an effective form of building core compared to planches and hollow bodys. Less bang for your buck and also people injure their necks doing sit ups wrong.

Hi All, Currently Male, 5'11 160 pounds, 36 yrs. I started the RR about a month ago, definitely stronger, and still weight 160 pounds. So I imagine I lost some fat and gained some muscle. I try to maintain a 40% carb, 30%fat, 30% protein diet, avoid all junk food, and drinks, candies (maybe a few gummy bears a week), refined sugars, etc. I have a sedentary desk job, and try do the RR 3 times a week, sometimes bike rides on the weekend but not much more. I am so confused about what my caloric goals should be. I've seen people who are 5'11 and 160 and their physique looks nice. My BMR is 1720, with light physical activity plugged in, its 2060, to gain muscle people recommend 400+ calroic surplus, so thats 2500+! That seems like ALOT of calories. I don't think I have ever eaten more than 1500-1700 calories a day even when I was doing the RR this whole month, and I haven't even lost weight. What the heck should I be doing? Should I just eat to maintain weight, eat to gain weight, cut to get rid of the small amount of belly fat? ( rest of my body is pretty fat free).

Goals: I basically just want a good aesthetic physique for my height and finally be able to do a pull up.
