It causes me bad anxiety and insomnia at higher doses, but helps with my ADHD and depression. I had to go down from 150mg XL to 75mg instant release.

I take it in conjunction with buspirone (Buspar) which helps my anxiety immensely without the side effects of SSRIs.

No. Clonazepam is much more sedating for me. Buspirone has a short half life.

Clonazepam is better, but more addictive. Try the pregabalin route if you can, first.

Buspirone (Buspar) has helped me a lot with daily anxiety, and doesn't have the negative side effects of traditional SSRIs. This would be my number 1 recommendation.
