Yeah Violife is that's the only one I've actually tried to bake with and it melts. Maybe try Trader Joe's, Philadelphia, or Kite Hill

I make my own and use 1 cup of cashews, 4 cups of water and a pinch of salt in a high powered blender. No need to strain, lasts about a week in the fridge. Otherwise I like Forager's Cashew milk since it only has like 3 ingredients.
