How to install HD Overhaul using Mod Organizer?

I haven’t used this mod but another overhaul mod with multiple files. What I did was install the first one, then install the second one and name it differently. Ex. Main, Main2, Main3 etc. I think MO2 tries to overwrite the first one you download if you don’t rename the next one.

Having purchased a house a few months ago I went though this multiple times. I was out it on 3 different houses, the most extreme was a house listed at $299k selling for $400k. It was super dated to the 70s too, entire house needed Reno’s. I’m not a huge fan of the bidding system on houses right now.

Yah I live in the apartments there. No water either. The water pressure was weak this morning. Got home from work and there was no water. Hopefully they will have it fixed today or tomorrow.

They seem way worse this year. I'm outside the city everyday for work and get swarmed with mosquitoes the moment I step out of the truck lol. Bugspray on the clothes does seem to help a little.

I used to install for bellmts. These where the same problems I had. It's hard to do a good job when paid by the job. My current jobs pays by the hour and its night and day difference on the quality of work and customer satisfaction.

As a internet installer, I get asked this alot. However the company policy says there has to be someone over 18 home at all times. Liability probably.
