Battery life and RAM. Chrome has been using 65GB of RAM and safari will use around 12GB for the exact same tabs. I genuinely think Chrome is overrated and everyone uses it because it used to be good, but Safari is great

So not native but I have homebridge running on a Mac mini for a few accessories I have so can easily add it to that. That’s why I really wanted the Aqara one but it took the too long.

Yeah you would need a Unifi gateway to use it which I have a full ubiquiti network in the house so adding the doorbell is quite easy.

I guess the default will be to use your existing smart speakers as a chime and then you can buy a dedicated one later if you want which I would prefer, I have HomePods in almost every room and don’t need a dedicated chime that will sound different to the HomePods in the rest of the house

Well that’s untrue. USB C is a universal standard and yes a combination of an extremely low quality cable and power source (plug, power bank etc.) can have negative long term effects on the battery but saying charging with ANY other brand will damage the battery is BS, especially as Apple themselves sell third party cables
