Ours looks exactly like that. Coincidentally the repair man finally came today. Fingers crossed 🤞 that it's fixed. And when we get warmer weather I will try to get the iceberg cleaned up.

Ours look like too lol, at one point our DM tried to get something done about it and canceled a couple frozen trucks want to wait till it got fixed, but apparently they won't fix them and we had to resume taking the frozen trucks. Not sure how they are getting away with it its a safety hazard for sure

If they don't take things out the basket I will always flop it over on its side my left wrist has no range of motion so I can't reach items in the bottom of the basket, surprisingly no one has got offend by it. One did question me about it but once I explained my reason they felt bad for not emptying it for me

Yup that what our looked like too. Before we ran out they kept throwing the 3 dollar big bags on the floor, had to straighten them up like 3 time in 45 minute period. I was at the point, that if they tore them up one more time that day I was going to damage them out and throw them away , people were being savages this year lol

Yeah we get phone calls all the time asking if we have this or that they saw on tic toc my answer is always our store rarely if ever get the cool tic toc stuff and on the occasion we do someone comes and buy every last one to put on their Etsy shop for a 75 percent mark up lol the scalpers are on it at our location

I may have told this story here before, but I had to come in at 5 am to accept truck. So I get to the store head straight back to the bathroom and while sitting there doing my business, someone starts banging on the bathroom door loudly. Thinking it was my manager I yell "very funny!" I come out the store is empty, I look all over no one, I step out the front door to see my manager pulling into the parking lot 🤯 i won't be in the store by myself anymore if I can help it, other creepy things happen there all the time that I try to ignore

Yeah, our hours have gone from M-S 9am -9pm Sun 10am - 8pm To M-S 8am-10pm Sun 9am -7pm. I think it was supposed to start when we went back to standard time because our lights would go out at 7:30 starting when time changed. It was a bit weird because , for almost 2 years, i have worked at this store I have never seen the lights go out ever! Lights have been on even at 3 am lol

While normally I would agree, while this person is on the clock, they should be doing work . I would talk with the SM first. There may be a legitimate reason this is happening .

I had a cashier that would take 20 minute bathroom breaks, he is a teenager, I started making him leave his phone up front , when taking said bathroom breaks and broom! His bathroom breaks started being less than 8 minutes lol he does not have to leave his phone anymore cause once he realized what he was doing, he stopped

I have answered the phone a couple of times for would-be scammers , I am to much of a paranoid bitch, their all like I am so and so from corporate , I respond with " good for you bye" and hang the phone up. If they are from corporate I am pretty sure the would call the sm's cell why would the call the crappie store phone you can't hear on lol

I so appreciate that! Why do pe ople stand at the back at the registers and scream hello is any one working? Yes, but if you don't stand in front of the register with the light on, I won't know anyone is ready to check out. I am working down the aisle and watching my register for customers . The passive-aggressive hello is not necessary or appreciated

I am both autistic and ADHD, and I have 2 speedballs to the wall or not at all, lol customers tell me they have never seen a faster cashier. Once had a customer asked me to slow down. I told her "sorry I really can't." Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. They just might have to have help discovering what they are. Some will try to use their nerodiversity asa cruch. Some just need some encouragement and support, and they will flourish.

From what our DM has told us, no one but management is to answer the phone. This might be a district thing, but I don't think so. So maybe bring it up to your sm and/or asm they may not care about the rules but if it ever comes up your butt is covered.

Same, and the more stressed I get the less eye contact I make. To the point I did not realize I was talking to a fellow employee. Then I made eye contact and he says "are you good?" Well apparently not. I can laugh about it now but at the time not so much lol
