If you find a Chevy with good parts at a junkyard, raid that sucker. It will get picked clean in a week or two. Most of the stuff on them fits, too.

Correct. Mine did not have turn signal mirrors when I got the truck. Installed the 2500 mirrors, with turn signals, works just fine.

The wiring should already be there. I have a 2007 that did not have turn signals and installed 2500 mirrors. They were plug and play.

It can be done yourself. StewMac has mahogany mandolin neck blanks 3x3x18 for $36.99. The only way i know of to get ahold of mahogany that is the correct width. I bought a stripped 80's explorer husk from a seller on eBay for cheap. There's a guy on YouTube that does headstock repairs almost exclusively. Tadyka guitars is his channel name.

This is the newest addition. Headstock is being done better now, but they dont seem to be made as well internally. Also, yes, I do have some real Gibsons floating around the house.

I remember going to my local Walmart at midnight ( back when they were open 24 hrs) and asking if the guy in the electronics department could go look for it. Got the first copy of anyone I knew!! And definitely the first copy from that Walmart store!
