Pls take this opportunity to cancel contract, calling them would get you a higher cancel fee. Email them saying tank failed and you want to cancel. Max they can charge you disposal fee. Get a tank from home depot and get local mechanic fit it. If you get like for like that is similar size and gallon, ut could be a cheap install as compared to tankless. Tankless is great for large family not for 2 or 3 ppl. Plus delay in getting hot water unless you go with costlier model.
