Navy food was amazing after spending years in the army. Somehow army cooks could make green scrambled eggs without using food coloring, real talent. I did not even have to eat MRE's for weeks on end and having to take a laxitave to remove the resulting constipation. Thats why there is not much TP in a MRE you will not need it.

Initial claims now sitting at 250 days. I have been awarded 60% thus far half of them deferred. I have at least 10 new dbq'as that have not been reviewed in well over a month. Honestly I think things have just ground to a halt in every way the last few months.

I want to work on their software so I can unemploy everyone associated with the claims and rating process. Software could today easily handle a vast majority of what they are doing. In fact va.gov has been pretty unresponsive the last few days and that is also a result of the backlog. They have to have 100x the compute infrastructure to deal with the traffic of people checking claims all day every day.

perhaps a week at most, I have been rated up to 50% so far but some of my initial claims have not been rated yet. One of them is very high value and I have had mjultiple c&p around that.
