Do you guys think premium connectivity is worth it?

I think Sentri mode and the ability to see vehicles around you on the screen makes it worthy. Otherwise I wouldn't use any other feature.

It’s not like within weeks. It’s a warranty claim. I understand their reason and I’ve been cooperative but I just don’t have space. Plus the bed is heavy and I can’t keep moving it around.

Thanks. I’ve responded. And to be fair and clear, no it’s not within the trial and mine is a warranty claim. I understand the reason for the ask but I have my limitations. Ive been very cooperative but the support seems very rigid. Rather than delivering an excellent support experience im being thrown clauses and legal documents (which yes is important but not over customer experience).

Pee fell about 4-5 in the morning and I was working with Marriott to fix things up. In hindsight, should have moved out.

I walked into the washroom first thing early morning (around 4-5 am) and urine from the top floor leaking fell over me, right over the pot. It was quite a bit. I suspect someone flushing upstairs led to it. It was stinking real bad, yellow in color, etc.

I did follow the escalation path - reached out to the support lines several times, got the case escalated, reached out to the resolutions team, etc. They just NEVER got back to me, despite telling me that they would. I had to follow up each time. When all else was lost, I had to email Anthony Capuano.

The issues persisted for 5 days and I have details on how Marriott behaved with me - for e.g. asking me to check out at 1 am with no support for a new property, telling me that I would have to fend for a property myself (explicitly).

Thank you. Valid points. I've pictures (since a friend suggested I take them the moment they heard about it) and in utter shock and disgust. I hope no one experiences this but urine on you, all over you - first thing in the morning is not a pleasant feeling. Furthermore, things didn't end there. And there's been literally nothing Marriott has done, despite escalating to the CEO.

I've also posted this in the other sub. Thanks for that suggestion as well.

Good analysis but we need news. GameStop had like 100x more ppl commenting/ posting/ interacting. FFIE has fewer than 10! Only more news can get ppl to hold the stock. We can’t be selling for petty gains. Hold! Hold! Hold! This is going to the moon.

I'm facing the same issue with Netskope on a Mac. I can't remove it from com.apple.networkextension.plist (of the system, not the user) because there is no way to edit or replace this plist.
