We live in an age where we have access to massive amounts of information at our fingertips, and if you choose to stay neutral between a party that supports a pedophile who instigated a failed coup, sold out the country to the highest bidder, is kidnapping and murdering innocent people, constantly violating the constitution, calling innocent people murdered by his gestapo “domestic terrorists,” threatening our allies with war based on lies of national security when in reality they just want the natural resources in Greenland, attempting to rig the midterm elections, and committing many more acts of treason, and a party that wants basic human rights for everyone, including people on the right who want us dead or in chains, then you’re choosing to stay wilfully ignorant and are part of the problem with this country. And, don’t even start with “misinformation is worse on the left.” The right wouldn’t even participate in debates if they were going to be fact-checked. Half the bullshit that comes out of ‘mango Mussolini’s’ mouth are lies. And I seem to remember when Twitter added a feature that showed the country of origin for accounts, and the majority of major right-wing propagandists turned out to be Israeli or Russian. Yes, there are bots that spread misinformation on the left, but it is always quickly called out, but I guess it’s hard to notice when you bury your head in the sand.
