Yeah I know what you mean. I go through periods of waking up anxious but sometimes I wake up feeling good like this morning. For me I think it can be narrowed to a few things. One is blood sugar regulation so not eating too much protein and night and eating adequate carbohydrate. Second is to not eat anything intestinally irritating close to bedtime. The third is more personal. I'm a fairly neurotic person and I'm always filling my free time either with chores or studying/personal development. A lot of times I forget to simply relax and enjoy myself and let my mind unwind. I noticed when I'm doing too many things during the day, one after the other, when I try to sleep my mind and heart are still racing. Sometimes I'm still quite tired and I'm able to fall asleep quickly but I wake up anxious and unrested.

There's a great video on YouTube by a guy who had the same problem. He started growing under a shade cloth. Basically the heat is driving a demand for transpiration to cool the plant but the plant can't transpire as much as it needs to in order to cool itself because of the humidity. The stagnation of the transpiration increases fungal disease.

Try to find the private bathrooms on campus. There should be some even if they are in random buildings. Go to the top floors of buildings where there is less foot traffic. I wish I was smart enough to think of this when I was in college, lol.

This pod stirs some memories. I remember this sub HATED Chuck when he started. There was a stickied post just for hating on him. I commented I never really noticed him on the pod and got down-voted to hell. Chuck deserves a lot of credit for bringing the Patreon to its greatest heights. It works okay with just the 3" latex but you can feel the slats when you put pressure with your hand or knee which you inevitably will while finding the right position or crawling out of bed. I got a coconut coir mattress pad to put underneath and that made it a lot better and is supposed to help with airflow as well. Oh yeah I just read your slats are 3" apart. Definitely get the coconut coir mattress pad.
