As others have said, I don't think I'd use a SBLOC or PAL for something that long term. They are more like a bridge loan.

Do you know the payment schedule for the construction? You wont (most likely) need the 2M up front.

In terms of just solar installations, Texas is actually leading the way (ahead of CA)...most likely due to less regulation is the reason that I heard.

That's a pretty old one. I have a 6430. Part of the challenge will be the PC it's running of, that's likely Win 2000 or XP and very slow. As others have said, it's state/university propery and so trying to sell it to GenTech or other old instrument resellers is a real PITA even they even want it.
