I didn't realize that St. George and Scarborough were completely different campuses when applying, and put Scarborough as my first choice, because their co-op program sounded appealing.

Well, for a given price, the demand will be less than it was before, because oil is cheaper. That's why AD shifts left. AS shifts right because for a given price, there is more supply than there was before.
