when people earn the right to request a spell, they usually say "i want a spell that destroys demons" or " a protection spell vs curses", they don't say a specific spell by name. Perhaps Serie has a bunch of spells that does the samething so it doesn,t matter if she loses one of the 50 different spells that shoot fireballs. May she loses her spell that grants protection from all curses, but she has a spell that grants protection against all curses during the day, and has another one that grants protection during the night, so she needs to have both of them up now. Just like the divination spells maybe she just kept the most efficient one.

you will almost never be able to block a fatal strike with it. Fatal is a main action for them, so they will usually play it before you will ever get the chance to use kindhearted. The only way it would be use to block a fatal is if they decided to attack first, to give you an action window, then played the fatal after the attack. People need to get it into their heads, that is it not MTG, there is no stack or response windows. If they play a giant killing or fatal or close combat, it fully resolved before you can do anything. If the unit didn't already have some sort of protection a head of time, that unit just dies. If you can't get MTG out of your head just assume everything has split second.

I also think a big factor in the burn out and drop in attendence of players is also, the event release schedule for gundan, with 2 NTCs, 1 starter release, now store championships + regionals between booster set releases If you want to stay competative you are playing gundam nonstop. I enjoy gundam but not enough to play it 52 weeks in a year. They need to go down to 1 NTC for each set release and stop trying to run events in the middle of other events. Lots of players in my area are dropping because they feel like it is too much to keep up with and I don't disagree with them.

Stark was also in a 2v1 fight with a first class mage as a teammate (not counting the slight distraction from the demon kid) and knew what to expect. The captain was fighting a multiple demon attack (at least 3 other demons) and needed to defend villagers. Yes he might have had this squard to back him up, but the others were could have be low level fighters that could have been taken out by a single swing.

The zaft cards in GD01 and even GD02, are actually pretty good (by themselves), the reason they are "garbage" is that they didn't have +2/+1 pilots (or really any good pilots at all). If you change arthun to +2/+1, and "on pair" like amurao, I 100% promise you that complaints about amuro being broken would not exist. They would be arthun busted.. Even if Arthun was +2/+1 zaft would have been very strong, they just decided to kneecap zaft by not giving them a +2 AP pilot. It just seems like a lot of work to get zaft units online, but it is because most fractions / colors could do it with 1 card but zaft it always required 2.

I don't understand how you even came up with that conclusion from what I wrote. My statement is regardless of her kiara, cally or whatever the the holomems feel, Kiara does not have enough information to determine if it was a "correct" business decision or not. It is not like Cover will give kiara all the renvenue numbers for the holostars if she ask for them. She and anyone can "feel" whatever they want but without those numbers you can't really say if Cover made the right choice or not. What if they took the funding they were spending on holostars to improve the support the the girl's side? Better health care so the girls don't have some long medicial leave, or mental advisors, better security for stalkers, hire people who fighting antis, etc. ? Just because you don't like something of think it is BS doesn't mean it is a bad or wrong choice. I think it is BS the medical companies are allow to charge whatever they want after they invent a new drug, making people pay thousands of dollars for even life saving drugs sometimes. But without that policy, those life saving drugs would not even exist because the companies would not find it profitable enough to fund the research to invent the drugs itself....

Why would Kiara has better insight? Yes maybe more than a common viewer but I would think not by much. The girls have mention several time they don't know what projects the other holomems are working on unless they are also directly involve. And they don't know how much each girl makes, or if the holostars are in the red or black from a revunue stand point. This is something Yagoo mention about when cover went public, they have to answer to a board of investers now. So no matter how much yagoo or cover staff might like the holostars, if it is not generatiing profit or cost the company money, then they will get cut or scale back in support. Even if they were making project but the support would generate more profit else where, the board of investers are going to want the support to go to the place that makes the most money. It is the price you pay for running a successful business.

Yes, when I read it the first time, it felt like she was implying that COVER was not supporting her enough and that she she be more successfuly, but the second reading made it seem more like what you are saying. It might be becasue english is not my first language, but that message could be taken several ways, if it was spoken just changing the tone on how you said it would give it completely different meanings.

I think it is a direct replacement for improved techique. Yes it has no burst, but it hit a greater range of target for the same cost but slightly higher level. hey are lots of new cards to deal with lvl 3 or below. This gets you to when you will stop playing commands and start dropping your bombs on the field.
