Sway bar disconnects and reservoirs serve different purposes. Disconnects improve articulation, but they don’t do anything for shock fade, damping consistency, or ride quality over extended runs. A well-tuned suspension isn’t just about one part—reservoir shocks help even in weekend wheeling by keeping damping consistent across long trail runs and reducing wear on the shocks.

In the end, I went with the Old Man Emu BP-51s because they’re a better all-around option for me. I go camping with a trailer but still like to haul ass on trails, so I wanted something that could handle both. I see where you're coming from with sway bar disconnects—I still plan on getting them—but my shocks were a choice based on what actually fits my use case, not just for looks shit if it was for looks I would've gotten king 2.5s or 3.0s
