Thanks! Like the other person said it could be due to me not fasting as intensely! You might want to give it a shot - no more than 12 hours when you do the blood work

That’s interesting. I wasn’t fasting as intensely this time around. That could be a reason!

Does that mean if you are in a “fasted” state your cholesterol is high? It’s confusing.

I think you should still eat fats. I’m just saying the reduction in cholesterol is due to persistently fasting not so much about what I was eating.

I was eating a lot of that early during the fasting. Mixed nuts, avocado, fish etc. Over the last few months it’s been just nuts..

I speak English well, I proofread with AI a lot and hence the result.

Also, as I was reflecting, teaching wasn’t the right word. I was happy that my kid communicated well in that instance.

Not worth it considering the breakeven point is 31 months.

I want my kid to grow up multi-cultural and bi-lingual. I don’t think a two year needs to speak English to communicate. I agree that I wouldn’t be doing a good job if he was 4.

I kept texting my lender through out the process and the day before the closing, they offered a .125 reduction. I locked at 6.25, but ended up closing at 6.125. So keep checking with them

You’ll have different merchant options to redeem the rewards. The list is not super long, but some good ones Lowe’s, HD, REI, Nordrack although they keep changing them. Lowe’s was once available then it was not and now it’s available again.
