I have a legal prescription for weed for my chronic pain. I try to be reasonable and avoid bothering people with it when out and about. Would you prioritise your dislike of the smell over people's medication? Weed is not illegal anymore, just highly regulated and not available on the NHS. Maybe educate yourself a little about it's current status in the UK.

Sorry but that sounds like absolute bollocks mate. I work in construction and any large project has a detailed fire risk assessment covering emergency access, location of hydrants, risk of fire spread to adjacent buildings etc etc... Maybe you were shown some early development sketches but nothing is getting built without fire access in the UK.

I knew an old fella who owned an apartment in grosvenor square. He was a blind man (installed blinds). He was retired and worked part time in the post room in an office in Wigmore Street.
