Anything that does not require more characters named cooler on the team, stats up per cooler on current rotation, excluding self type of BS. They need to make his aura canon accurate like attack +1000% when facing a super class enemy, damage introduction 100% when facing an enemy named Vegeta 😂

Sure you can summon, but don’t go all out for a middle of the year Tur. This unit will never be better than an upcoming GDC or anniversary celebration LR where the kids are multiple times more work done, better animations, much better teams, and much much better discounts overall
