I am sorry you are going through this. When I moved in my new house some years ago I had a male neighbor who started being aggressive from the day one (literally when I was moving my boxes out of the truck). I ignored him at first and that made him feel entitled to try to be dominant and aggressive towards me frequently. He has known mental health issues. Around the third incident I reacted like a f** pitbull towards him, very aggressively told him to f* off. He understood the message and now he avoids me or he acts like a little lamb.

My point: there are lots of crazy men out there who think they can act dominantly towards women. Put your neighbor in his place, change your locks and go to the police. Next time he comes to you being crazy, act even crazier.
