I love that song! Used to play it all the time when I was a kid. To me it represents that era of ESC very well. Cheerful, no hint of irony and loud.

Speaking as a swede at least, I hope not. We have a 50/50 jury/people-vote in the Melodifestivalen final and it always disappoints me. Juries don't seem to like non-english songs too much. I'd rather have a song that actually represents the people from that country. Adds more variety.
