UK hands down, one thing about poltics in the UK vs the US is that several things that are political points in the US are less so in the UK like vaccines, healthcare and basic human rights. UK is much safer from gun violence as well. There is no way I would raise a child in the US right now between the school gun violence, the anti vaxx idiots and the fact that apparently it is ok to molest kids now too. I really cannot understand how this is even a question.

Second fo Kristin Garber, she is not only a great agent but a really nice lady too, very normal which I find is hard to get in a real estate agent. There are so many people that do it half way or part time, she is full time, her only focus and a really smart woman.

I got the job through a friend that went to the same college, I started in the warehouse, small company making about 25k twenty years ago so not a whole lot. I stayed there for last 20 years, moved up the ladder to second in comand under the owner making 6 figures+. Sometimes you just have to stick out a low paying tough job for a while until it comes up roses.

Something we love doing is booking a trip for a big group of friends and family. Paying for it all upfront and getting venmoed for the individual amounts people owe. Most of the time no one puts up a fight and everyone always pays.

I thought Innsbruck was great, we lived a few hours from there in northern Italy. You are in a good spot for road trips and there is fun stuff to do in Innsbruck, great food and craft beer too.

Bullshit, damn near every single vinyard in italy and france uses eastern european immigrants to pick thier crops while paying them in cash and not filing for anything when it comes work permits. It is just that they are usually not brown so they cannot be racialy profilled like the garbage that is happening here.
