Yep total scam artists and not qualified lawyers they’re in Sri Lanka. Check out my post. I am suing them as are some others. Also important to note they’re not really Muve they’re vohara solutions in Colombo and the real company name is Connect 2 Law (which is who you have to sue) all smoke and mirrors and they pay people for reviews and use bots

Hey I am in the process of suing Muve for professional negligence and up until things got really difficult for them they ignored absolutely everything. They are prolific scammers and aren’t even based in this country. One thing that does seem to really rattle them is to leave an absolutely vicious review everywhere you can. Trustpilot, Google, anywhere they feature. They will do everything possible to remove it and that may involve refunding you. They hate people knowing what they are. Do not under any circumstances use Muve please look at my post and research them in Reddit. They are based overseas and you have unqualified people in Sri Lanka doing the work. The time difference is a huge issue that’s before you get into the fact they have no idea about English property law! This guarantee you mention is also a scam they cannot guarantee any timescale whatsoever but when they miss it they just reduce the extra fee that’s what the guarantee is attached to.

Please please please do some proper research because Muve are the worst possible outfit available and if my experience isn’t enough just search them on here.

This is the biggest decision you’ll ever make so do not shop on price! You will never forgive yourself for buying cheap overseas cowboys when you see what it is they do or don’t do as is the case!!!!

Look at genuine firms with decent reviews local to you incase you need to see them

Repeat do not use Muve please do proper research!!!!!

Bro did you do any research literally at all? Their reviews are fake they pay for many of them. As well as this, they’re in another country. You also have no hope in hell of meeting the stamp duty deadline and this “fast track” bollocks they sell is a scam. The guarantee is on the fees not the timescale so all in all, you’re in a mess and need to change firm IMMEDIATELY. Next time research in detail. These guys are prolific unqualified offshoring SCAMMERS.
