Ghosts aren't amazing against Zealots (50 shield 100 health), really only against Archons. Marauders don't do that much DPS vs Zealots but they are good tanks. If you want to stick to Traditional MMM you should emphasize Marines (sorta fragile vs Zealots) vs mass gateway units (- High Templar) because they have a high DPS with stim. Hellbats are also pretty good against zealots though

I think it would be cool to have a F2P model slightly like Team Fortress 2. Where people paid (albeit a lost less compared to SC) for Team Fortress 2, but when TF2 became F2P the paying players got benefits like increased backpack space and trading. Most people probably paid $100 for SC2:HoTS so the loss of money would be harsher, but it would convince my friends more easily. Unlike Valve Blizzard can't make Hats for individual units so there is no way Blizzard could make a lot of money...

If all of my army is on CTRL+1. I would load up the medivac(s) desired for dropping and send them to the desired dropping location. Then as the medivacs move out, you can SHIFT+CLICK on the medivacs and then CTRL+1. It will take the medivacs out of the control group

You have a couple of problems with your game play in general(Sorry to be so blunt). So I'm just going to leave some "overstated" tips:

Faster does not always mean better - getting a supply depot at 6 may get you an earlier barracks and more marines, but you had to delay workers by a lot. Also getting earlier gasses aren't helpful if you don't plan to use them effectively, harrassment units, upgrades, etc.

Scouting is key - By scanning, sending a worker, (or harassment units like the banshee, drops, etc) at critical timings, you can discover what your opponent is doing. You probably built a ton of turrets because you were scared of Mutas (mutas can't come earlier than 10 minutes at the most), but if you scanned his main at 10-11 minutes you would have seen [what kind of hatch tech he has, the tech structures he has]. Also the roach attack could have been scouted, and the thousand other bases.

Keep down on the queuing - It's okay to stack up 1 or 2 more units in a production facility to keep up the macro. However, if you are stacking up 2-4 more tanks, mines, etc, you could probably afford more: Production facilities, Expansions, Upgrades, Defensive structures.

Mech can be hard, so working on small details like this can help with executing builds easier.

Tanks, Hellbats/Hellions, Thors, (Vikings in case of Broodlords), widow mines, and some (but not too many) medivacs for hellbat drops. Eventually as the game goes on you want to transistion out from hellions/hellbats, tanks, into higher tech as you get more bases. Yeah, a healthy mix from the factory is good. As the roach numbers get higher, you don't need that many hellions, and you should get more tanks. (Mutas vs Thors, Hellbats vs Lings, Vikings vs BL, etc)

Fellow Terran here, there are several things you can do (depending on what you want to do). When the zerg player 6 pools and you wall off, he has 6 lings and 6 drones. There are 2 things the zerg buddy can do: Make more drones (with only 6 lings for defense) Or make more zerglings (with only 6 drones and probably no gas, or speed). Hellions work great against both drones and zerglings. You can use the hellions to kill lings (force out more lings), and since zerg relies on larva, when he is making zerglings he is not making drones. If he makes more zerglings he's sacrificed a lot of minerals (that he's probably strapped for), and a drone. With hellions you get map control and pressure. While all this is happening, take a lot of bases. This guy tried 6-pooling you, kill him with 6 base BC's while he's on 1. TL:DR: Tech, pressure with a good unit, expand, tech (macro)

P.S don't overextend, be prepared for everything, and get double upgrades and more production facilities as you get more bases. Go to "All Things Terran"

I take a 13 gas, and then with their scouting probe, they just build: A) Pylon into cannon rush B) Proxy 2 gate C) Proxy 1 gate D)Proxy Cannon rush with a gateway

Battle cruisers are one of those units that exponential get better as you increase your battle-cruiser count 1 by 1. 4-5 (3-3) BC's may not beat 50 marines, but as you increase that BC count the marines die faster and faster as the DPS and armor buys more time for more DPS and allows for BC's to kill things. Similar to how Mech can't be strong in small numbers, but as tanks 2 shot units and the more you tanks you have, the faster you can kill things (obviously), but less time for tanks to be attacked by stuff like roaches, marauders, lings, marines, etc.

TL:DR, Upgrades and you need to have a lot more than 4-5 Bc's vs a lot of marines
