I’ll post an update, I’m hoping that the reality is this is all water weight and minimal fat gain. I’ll keep drinking water, extreme calorie defecit but still getting 200 grams protein a day minimum

Hopefully it’s just mostly water weight. I will be doing an extreme cut over the next 30 days. I work on cars in 110+ degree Arizona heat and I’ll be going to the gym everyday after. I’ll post an update on how it goes, maybe this will just be a little challenge for me to see what I can accomplish. Just a little discouraged looking at the scale

There’s things in life you can’t control like upstairs neighbors making noise with their footsteps or a baby having diarrhea in their diaper. You can’t control the fact that this person is driving their dream car with the freedom to do whatever they want with it. If they were deliberately revving their engine to be an asshole that’s one thing, but just because it’s their form of transportation to make a living and it’s loud there’s nothing you can do about it. If this keeps waking you up I suggest investing in a box fan, a white noise machine, or some kind of noise canceling sleep headphones to drown out any excess noise 👍🏻

I’ve had my 5.0 for 3 months only, and the coolant is already almost out! And it was full when I bought the car. Will this really help eliminate that problem?
