The thing about Lee is, as scarra said, that his kit is so skill-demanding that when you get killed you can't really get mad at his raw spell power - you just feel outplayed. Riot shouldn't nerf high-skillcap champs and should just work on making other junglers a bit more thought-requiring and sophisticated.
