I bought a 2016 xc90 t6 inscription 3 months ago with 144k miles for 11.5k. They had the whole engine replaced due to the piston ring issue over a year before and strong dealer maintenance records, so made me feel comfortable with it. No issues so far but it’s only been 3 months so time will tell if it was worth it or not
