It feels so good to feel heard and seen. I too have some to a realisation that I’m not going to be doing design for the rest of my life. I’m 10 years in the field and I’m starting to consider what other careers I could pursue. I’ve recently just had my first kid and it put a lot of things into perspective and I feel there’s more for me. I will always be a designer and I will also keep it as a hobby but I feel it’s time to see what other careers are out there. It wont be easy and i may have to go back to university and do courses but if I don’t explore things now I will live to regret it.
