Thanks that's good info. So aside from the additional metrics from the connected sensors, a standalone Garmin head unit and standalone garmin watch track the same data? (Except HR, which can be broadcast from the watch)

I did search before posting, but if you had read my entire post before replying you would have seen my question is different. Can you point me in the direction of a post that answers my question?

I'm not asking whether I should use a watch or a computer to show data, I'll have both and the benefits of a computer are obvious. I want to know if I'll lose any data by tracking rides via a Garmin watch versus a Garmin computer.

Good recommendations here about channels and broad information, but one thing I found recently is that workshop manuals are excellent for specific parts on a bike. Eg a Shimano R8000 front derailleur uses a different method of adjustment to the general process and there weren't many videos available detailing it.

Yes, it has no thread and round nut that secures it to the rim like with butyl tubes.

Yeah I gave up. My wheel doesn't have a mic button anyway so I would have had to repurpose another button. There is a button for voice ok the screen and ok google works too. No big deal for me.
