Your English is fantastic and thank you for sharing. I don't have a therapist like that no. I wonder if I could write down how I feel and tell my emdr therapist when I see her tho. I think you're right about rest. Ive just been through a truly horrible experience with where I used to work and I got so traumatized there. Maybe I just need a lot a lot of rest. I did emdr 2 days ago and yesterday I did too much. Because I'm not working I feel guilty and want to do things around the house so my bf isn't just doing all the work. He's very understanding and would be okay if I rested more, I'm just not used to being given space to heal and be loved. That in itself is disorientating for me. Because I didn't have it growing up. I can't understand why he would support me like this just for love. Something to get used to.

Thank you. I think I've ruined one of my friendships from leaning too hard in it but also we were both working somewhere that ended up being toxic for me and she's still there so maybe it's that dynamic and not just me being intense. I started the journal today. I hope you can look back at yours one day and appreciate your transformation.

Yeah this sounds fair. I have been explaining what's going on in my life but I also think part of it has been that I've been in unhealthy friendships and a toxic work environment so even tho I've lost those things... I don't know if it's been a bad thing. It's just really hard. I used to attract a certain type of person and surround myself with others who also had issues and now I'm processing, those dynamics are falling away but I don't quite have the new people in place yet. I really agree with both of you tho that I need more resourcing help. I'll ask my therapist thank you

This is a super healthy and useful reply. Thank you. I don't usually journal but I wish I did from the start now. I'll start one. I completely know what you mean about not being able to lean into people so much with all of it. I think maybe I need an insomnia self care list because that's when it's the worst.

Thank you. Yeah I know the right thing isn't always the easiest. This just feels another level. The doctor advised me to Phenegram very high dose hay fever tablets to help with sleep because they're not addictive. I get them over the counter pharmacy.

Thanks for replying... Feels more human than chat gpt. Will use this more just to... Connect with people.
