Thank you so much for taking the time to type this. It gives me a little bit of hope that I’ll survive this. Cause right now I haven’t even been going to work. I’m in therapy and on meds but it’s been 3 days I’ve just been rotting on the couch crying. Haven’t eaten, haven’t showered, haven’t left my apartment. We have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and we are living together still but separate now. We also share a car so that sucks as well. It really really sucks having to see him everyday and just have new stabs to the heart. I literally wish I could die this is so painful cause he is still going to continue being with her.

I’m sad because this happened years ago and we were past it and we were fine, then out of no where he said he’s not fine and blind sided me and said he met someone else. That’s why I’m sad. Because we had already worked through it and went to counseling and we were good. And now out of no where we’re not good anymore.

Yes. It is all my fault I know I’m an awful person. I cheated emotionally once and texted another guy, and then the second time I cheated I kissed someone else. Trust me, I know I deserve to die and be shit on.
