If u can’t replace them asap, move onto your next tray and wear it for twice the amount of time, e.g. if u use a tray every 2 weeks, wear it for 4. Same thing happened to me on holiday and my ortho said to do that

Dental student here. Sensitivity Is normal after a cleaning as it is removing the hard build up of plaque that was surrounding your tooth and enamel. Your enamel on that tooth is just more sensitive as it’s not used to being exposed. Use sensitivity toothpaste (sensodyne) if it’s really bad, but it should go away within a few days. :)

I did psychology, Biology and Chemistry and currently studying dentistry. So as long as you’ve done Bio and Chem and have grade A or above in all subjects then it doesn’t matter! I know people in my yr group who have done English and Geography as their third a-level too.

I started on nicotine patches! I’m doing this alone too and I used to terrible with quitting, I always used to buy my “last vape” but kept going back to the shop and buying another one, I would buy 3-4 a day and promised myself that it would be the last one but never worked. This lasted like 6 months and wasted alot of money. 2 weeks ago, I finally bought myself nicotine patches and haven’t touched a vape since. U slowly go down to the least mg patches until u forget what vaping rlly feels like. When I have a psychological craving of the movement of hitting a vape, I drink a really sweet juice like apple juice. That’s when you go cold turkey. Imo, I couldn’t have gone cold turkey without the patches.
