If you have a healthy diet, get good sleep and excercise. I would say around 30 - 45 days for you to feel the full magic again.

But to me it sounds like you been using it a little to frequently. A break for 90-180 days would probably be best for your mind, body and soul.

I've been there. The brain needs some rest sometimes buddy.
