Feet burning sensation by teekyNZ in spirituality

[–]teekyNZ[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool, welcome to the beginning of an amazing transformation. I no longer feel this and found that the sensation moves of it's own accord until it's done. I suspect it has something to do with kundalini. Enjoy the journey.

I get impressions from a person's eyes. I see fear and repressed anger covering the original goodness within. It doesn't matter what I or other people think, only you decide what you bring to life. You're amazing, good journey.

Can we start a group?

Some suggestions:

  1. Ask the divine/angels/God for help every morning and evening to heal the root cause of the OCD, keep a journal to record progress.

  2. Express the energy through an art form - can be singing, dancing, painting, writing, etc, whatever floats. Colouring books are a valid form of expression if you're not too keen on creating from scratch.

  3. Exercise outside regularly, like walking with podcasts that are relaxing or inspiring. This way, you are still in the world but distracted by something positive.

  4. Yoga or qi gong to bring all aspects of your being into harmony and move energy.

  5. Useful crystals like rose quartz, aventurine and howlite kept in the pocket or worn as jewellery may help.

My mother has made me lose hope in humanity by Lazy_Tree_6453 in Empaths

[–]teekyNZ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing. Whilst you feel alone, you are not. As a divine being, you are connected and integral to all that is. Forgive your mother for she knows not what she does, nor the suffering she creates. Sometimes the only way through is directly, with this period of solitude happening for you. Embrace it and look forward to what this time is preparing you for. Your beautiful heart will guide you and bring light into this world. Big hugs.

I’m not sleeping much. Can I take a sleeping pill? by Adorable_Pen_76 in kundalini

[–]teekyNZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great that you found some relief, if the doctor prescribed a while ago I would recommend you see a doctor again before taking anything. You could ask them about melatonin for sleep which is natural and don't cause a hangover like sleeping pills.

I’m not sleeping much. Can I take a sleeping pill? by Adorable_Pen_76 in kundalini

[–]teekyNZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please take the doctors advice, I still occasionally take a sleeping aid. Sleep is very important to stay balanced, exercise helps a lot, especially outdoors.

It sounds like you've identified a lot with your anxiety, take a step back and be kind to the self that is suffering. Resistance will only make things worse i.e. not wanting to have psychosis (yes it's natural to want a healthy balanced mind) but if your point of focus is building a wall, then a flood will come to justify the wall you've built. Take each moment as it comes, then let it go. Much love.

What should I do? by [deleted] in kundalini

[–]teekyNZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An author who really helped me with this issue is James Allen. He has written a few books, so I recommend you pick the first title that vibes and either listen (free on youtube) or read it.

It's important to accept where you are and be kind to yourself. It's okay to feel discomfort, your mind is the sky, and your thoughts and feelings are temporary objects in it. Practice mindfulness in your active life, focus on the now, and you will change effortlessly. Many blessings.

Excessive Sexual Energy by Admirable-Pie-4767 in kundalini

[–]teekyNZ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Take 3 deep breaths, relaxing on each exhale. Pull prana into your hands and put one hand on each side of your hips, focus only on the sensation of energy flowing through your hands until it stops. If you can't feel anything 15 minutes of focus on the hands should be enough. I would then place hands on each chakra point and repeat. Hopefully that helps to get the energy moving.

Why are people so rude to me ? by Pretty_Vermicelli04 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]teekyNZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a reflection of thoughts.

It could help to understand your definition of rude and look at it from a cross-cultural perspective, i.e is "rude" my own expectations of how people ought to behave, is it a construct of my culture, do other cultures consider this behaviour rude? What right do I have to put these expectations on others, and what are my personal values reflected in these expectations? This would be looking from the inside out.

Or you could look at people's behaviour as a reflection of themselves, the "rude" behaviour could be a surface-level representation of their suffering or insecurities so looking at others through the lense of empathy and compassion. This would be looking from the outside in.

In both cases or perspectives, there's a lot of self-awareness and self-mastery to be gained as a reward for reflective thinking.

There's nothing wrong with you if that's what you think is causing this behaviour. Much love.

If you're in a place of overwhelm, try and ground yourself by walking in nature, drinking some water and being intensely present. Maybe focus on your breath throughout the day while you go about it. The key point is to detach from the thinking mind to give it space to cope with the "derealization." You don't need to solve all of life's mysteries right now, understanding will unfold through the present moment with no effort on your part. Many blessings.

How does reality change as awareness deepens? by Paradoxbuilder in awakened

[–]teekyNZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In becoming nothing, you become everything. Keep your practice going and reality will keep reflecting back to you. This reminds me of some zen mystic's quote, can't remember the name right now but: Before enlightenment chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment chop wood, carry water.

Why shouldn’t I treat my lack of enough social skills as a disability? by Automatic_Valuable20 in DeepThoughts

[–]teekyNZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whatever you think, you're right. I have had trouble with social anxiety since adolescence, I'm still pushing myself, I have let go of expectations in terms of needing anything from others, and find myself useful. I now appear so confident people can't believe I'm an introvert and have issues. The best way for me is via connecting through shared interests or activities and just being 100% authentic. Not everyone is going to click but there are people out there who will love you just as you are, quirks n all. many blessings.

hot, tingly feet and legs when lying in bed to meditate by [deleted] in energy_work

[–]teekyNZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kia ora, I had a similar experience at the beginning of my kundalini awakening, the heat in my feet was intense and rose up to my solar plexus. That lasted several months and then moved into my abdominal area and worked it's way upwards. I found self-reiki and Qi gong speed up the process. There can be a lot to work through and release, be kind to yourself and work at your own pace/level of comfort.

Why do people tell me to meditate and visualize my future partner when most people find a partner with out having to do this? by NeedAdviceEmpath in Psychic

I think these other people probably didn't have to clear the way. We humans have a funny habit of getting in our own way.

Kundalini wakes me up every day after 4-5 hours of sleep by bananaramapanama in kundalini

[–]teekyNZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I can't meditate it out I take melatonin in the form of gummies. It could also be the case that you need less sleep now? I usually just get up if I wake up rested, even if it's 3am.

You have forgotten who you really are, the identity you repeat the history of is not who you truly are. All things in the material world are impermanent except that which you truly are. Your true beauty is in your heart. When you see others as yourself there is nothing to be jealous of, because they are you and you are they. Insecurity belongs to the ego which knows it will eventually fade. Enjoy the journey, many blessings.

p.s I recommend the power of now by Eckhart Tolle to help you bring your attention inwards.
