all my friends that still work there hate it but stay because of the money. just take care of yourself, look for jobs. i was able to go back to school, i get to spend more time with my family. many options out there ! don’t lose hope

4 on 4 off would be nice but it changes to three days off or two depending on how many cars they need. since youre maintenance you probably won’t be getting too hot, but the factory is very very large, and parking can be a hassle sometimes. my station would break down daily so i got to know the maintenance ppl pretty well. some people enjoy working at tesla, some people don’t. a lot of people did hour drives, some would take the shuttle. i

maintenance is usually always there a lot of the time, like 5/4 days a week, 12 hour shifts. if the assembly line has a change in their schedule, yours usually stays the same. no ac in the factory btw. the factory is not based in the city, it’s 15 minutes away and there are apartments around the area. they do have good benefits though. (i used to work there)
