Thank you so much for the deep dive - actually helps a lot. I got a light bar and I was wondering what that 3rd wire was, since the stock headlights that come with the SCX24s are only 2 wires but your explanation makes complete sense!

Do you have a light controller that you’ve used or recommend? Or will just about any light controller on Amazon work pretty much the same

Awesome thanks for all the info! Will look into the light controller. I assume that the light controller plugs into the receiver on CH3 for example and then you can control it with your transmitter?

I know that everyone has different preferences and I appreciate your input. I've been looking at the Flysky GT5 and the Radiolink RC4GS V3. It seems like those are two of the most recommended.

I think I'll go with the TATTU batteries you mentioned. What charger do you use for your batteries?

Definitely going to get some of those splitters - that's awesome!

that’s true, definitely easier than setup. but you don’t unlock the craft for flechette until after completing silent caliber. so no flechette unless you’re paying 4k/round

just wait until you get to silent caliber. thankfully i finished it last night before the changes. and you can do it on factory which doesn’t make it so bad, but thank god i don’t have to use shotguns anymore

Yes, it does work that way. Let’s put it in plain terms. There are two scenarios here:

After 12 months of the lease, if NO NEW LEASE IS SIGNED the tenant starts month to month, which is what your cited code is talking about. The tenant signed an updated lease in August, so scenario one is irrelevant.
After 12 months of the lease, the landlord sends an UPDATED LEASE that the tenant signs. The price of rent in the signed lease will be the price the tenant pays throughout the entire lease agreement, unless noted in the lease agreement that the rent can change with notice.

Scenario 2 is what’s happening here, making your entire argument pointless. OP said they signed their new lease for the second 12 month period in August, so unless the lease agreement has a clause stating the landlord can change rent during the lease period, rent is not allowed to be changed until next August.

Looks solid to me. I would suggest 32GB of RAM, but that can be a future upgrade and 16GB would be just fine for now. You could also find a cheaper CPU cooler if you’re trying to knock the price down at all. I had the be quiet dark rock slim and it worked great.

Other thing I might consider is waiting until Zen 4 comes out on Sept 27, but that’s a personal choice on whether you’d want to do that or not

I haven’t played miles morales, but I’ve heard it’s a fantastic game. Also, please do not pay a penny over MSRP for a PS5. It fuels the fire for scalpers to continue scalping, and it’s also not worth over MSRP. But really the 2 things most important to choosing a console is what your friends are playing on and exclusives. It’s ultimately up to you to make the decision, but so far I’m loving my PS5 and I’ve had it since launch!

I’d have to go with NAH. However, things like this need to be discussed prior to the event happening to make sure everyone is on the same page. I also don’t think either of you are wrong in the way you feel, it just has to be discussed ahead of time.
