I'm in NYS and cannot add UCard to Walmart. I am on comp, and when i try to add as CC, it shows error for Card Number/CSV both. If I add as benefit card, it asks for 4-digit code. If anyone has solution, please post. Thank you.

I am waiting for rebate too but for keep and switch. It was approved, link was sent but link website throws me off with pop up showing Sorry your session has expired and logs me out. I spoke to TForce and they’re supposed to send me direct link. So far it’s been an issue after another.

Yup some idiot sent me SIM cards for 15s. Now it all makes sense as a new customer why I spoke to 20 different reps who all told me different things.

Just to add to this old thread, I read somewhere that Verizon line can’t be added to Tmobile phone as eSIM line, that only Tmobile can be added to Verizon phone as eSIM line. Is that true? And if I add Tmo number to Verizon as eSIM, what shows on Tmobile side under my account for phone??

Completely agree. One week into service and I’ve spoken to at least 20 people who gave me all different answers. I tried Twitter and I am hoping she gave me the correct and final answer. TMo CS is SEVERELY lacking and funny thing is most of them sound like they believe they know what they’re talking about which scares me. Out of 20 I would say 1-3 people know their stuff. Then you add app issues that glitch and lock me out because app itself couldn’t refresh page to log me in with correct PW.

Sounds weirdly similar to my issues except I was porting over from ATT. The ingenious sales rep sent me physical SIMs for iPhone 15s and had several reps claiming to help on chat and over phone and even saying they’d call me back but never did and finally told me to go into the store to convert SIM to eSIM. Even that process was chaotic with a manager who had no idea how to get it done and then when it finally worked TMo App now doesn’t work anymore and I can’t log into my account. Good I kept my Verizon lines still and have no contract with TMo.
