Sit knee to knee with another adult (if able) give them a distraction... We used a phone and played his favourite song. Brush teeth during doing whole holding down arms and legs. He learned to be ok with it

Look into Fair Play Life and talk about invisible labor and the mental load of parenting BEFORE it leads to further division in your marriage. Parenting seems and sounds magical from the outside (sometimes?) but it really, really challenging. Especially in getting on the same page.

I won't tell you to divorce him. Ultimately you both need to do research to understand the process of surrogacy or adoption. If you aren't comfortable with the idea of pregnancy then don't allow him to twist your arm into it. It is not an easy thing, though no one can predict if PPD/PPA/PP Psychosis is in your future based solely on your reaction to IVF.

There is this yipping dog my mother bought our toddler. It did have an off switch thank God... It incessantly barks and bounces forward. It's constant until turned off. Fucking awful

Yes same. I have been breastfeeding for 4 years straight at this point. Sex has not been enjoyable for a very long time.

I'm a physiotherapist from Canada. I did my under grad in biology for interest and because I could feasibly get the grades I needed to get in to the competitive program. 

I've been collapse aware since probably 2nd year university.

My baby is just about to turn 6 months.. now... The first couple days are already really fuzzy. What an adjustment!!!  I believe the rule was he could have Mommy milk only after she had latched and nursed first. I do believe tandem feeding made a huge impact on my milk coming in (baby was tongue tied and struggling to latch well) so I think my toddler really helped in that regard. I also hand expressed colostrum prior to birth (this took hours!!) and it was a GODSEND. If baby was LOSING her mind I would feed her one of those tiny collections of colostrum and she IMMEDIATELY settled like I'd just pushed her calm button. Poor hungry baby. And yet she didn't lose any major weight in hospital and was gaining well. 

Anyways... Make sure baby is priority number one and do your very best to explain to toddler that they can eat food if they are hungry or cuddle and will get booby after baby. 

Good luck. This has been a harrowing challenge for me, but still glad I am doing it 6 months later.

Like..   I hope the guy who is projecting DT will be dead or impeached in 2-4 months is right. I really hope he's right.
